Is Snaplet GDPR-compliant?

Yes. All photos are stored on EU servers (AWS Frankfurt), we only collect the data that's necessary to run the service, and you can delete the gallery whenever you want. We don't sell data and don't use photos for AI training. For larger companies we can also draw up a formal data processing agreement.

Can we get a data processing agreement (DPA)?

Yes. For companies with formal GDPR requirements, we're happy to draw up a DPA before the event. Contact martin@brokensoft.dk with your standard DPA, or ask for ours.

The person who took the photo owns the copyright. Snaplet claims no rights over the photos — we simply store them on our servers on your behalf. As the organiser, you have full control over the gallery and can download everything as one ZIP.

What does it cost for a whole company?

It depends on the size of the event. The Basic plan starts from 20 EUR. For larger corporate events, bigger plans are available, or contact us for a tailored solution for ongoing use.

Clear consent on upload

Employees upload voluntarily — and can ask to have photos deleted at any time. As the organiser, you have full control to remove individual photos or the entire gallery.

EU hosting (AWS Frankfurt)

Every photo is stored on servers in the EU. No data leaves EU jurisdiction, which makes it dramatically easier to document GDPR compliance to your DPO or auditor.

Delete whenever you want

As the organiser, you decide when the gallery closes and gets deleted. Snaplet automatically deletes inactive events after a period — but you can also delete with one click once downloads are done.

Privacy-first by design

Private by default

The gallery is never public. Only people with the QR code or link can see or upload photos. Search engines will not find your gallery.

PIN protection

An extra layer of access for sensitive events. Turn on a PIN code so only employees with the correct code can see or contribute.

Guests don't need an account
