No. The free plan requires neither a card nor payment details. You create an account with an email and a password, and the gallery is ready. You are only asked to pay if you choose a paid plan.

A one-off payment per event. There is no lock-in, nothing that renews, and nothing you need to remember to cancel. If you host two parties, you buy twice.

If your event is within a week, the amount is reserved when you order and only charged when the event opens. If it is further out, it is charged when you order, because a reservation cannot be held that long. You are told which applies at the payment step, before you confirm.

Yes. You can cancel your order up to four days before your event. If the amount was only reserved, the reservation is released and you never paid. If it was charged, it is refunded to the payment method you used.

Uploads stop when the limit is reached, and you are notified. The photos that have already come in stay. The plan is chosen when you order and cannot be changed afterwards, so go one plan up if you are unsure about the number of guests.

Seven days on Free, 30 days on Basic and 90 days on Premium, counted from when the event ends. Everything can be downloaded as a single zip file, so you can keep the photos somewhere you control before the gallery closes.

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload through the browser. It works on both iPhone and Android with no installation and no account.

A tablet or laptop you already have. It shows a countdown, takes the photo and sends it straight to the gallery, and there are 14 frames to choose from. Basic gives you one station, Premium gives you three. There is no equipment to rent, deliver or return.
